Serious Illness, Hospital Cash, Surgical Cash
Serious Illness CoverWhat happens if you suddenly become ill and cannot work?
It happens to young and middle aged people in Ireland every day of the week and unfortunately many have made no provision for such an occurrence, therefore putting themselves under severe financial stress.
A serious illness policy ensures you get a lump sum payment in the event of being diagnosed with illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, stroke etc
Why You Need Us
Serious illness cover can be quite complicated and needs careful explaining to ensure you get adequate coverage and that if you become ill, you suddenly find that you are not entitled to the sum you were expecting.
Not all illnesses are covered so we can advise you on all your entitlements to ensure you know exactly what you are covered for and there are no nasty shocks in the future.
Hospital cash:
As an extra you can get payments of up to €200 per day if you find yourself staying in hospital for more than three days
Surgical cash
The benefit pays out a lump sum payment if you undergo any of a defined list of serious medical procedures, e.g. undergo an operation under anaesthetic. Available as an optional extra on many life policies
Personal Accident Benefit: This is an added benefit on some policies. It pays out a specific weekly amount if you suffer an accident and are off work for some time. The cover is just for 1 year.
